Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You can track your order from your order page once it is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities4–7 business days
- Remote Areas7–12 business days
Shipping is free on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it from your order page and at your20s.shipway.com/track. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Order Archive section.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will reach out to you. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info.your20s@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
