Policy

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — please use the returns process below after it is delivered.

To cancel, email us at info.your20s@gmail.com with your order ID as soon as possible. For a prepaid order, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation; a Cash on Delivery order is simply not charged.

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

The following conditions apply for a return or exchange to be accepted:

• Item is in original, unworn condition
• All original tags are attached
• Item is free from odours, stains, or alterations
• Request is made within 7 days of delivery

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items bought in a clearance or final-sale promotion, where the product page says final sale
• Innerwear and socks, for hygiene reasons
• Items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage

To start a return, please email us at info.your20s@gmail.com with:

• Your order ID
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item(s) if defective or damaged

We will respond within 48 hours with return shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Refund amount: Item price minus ₹150 return handling charge (covers reverse pickup and restocking). This charge applies to both prepaid and COD orders.

Exchanges are free within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange return shipping for eligible items and send the replacement at no additional charge.

We don't charge the ₹150 return handling charge if:

• The item arrived defective or damaged
• The item arrived with a manufacturing fault
• The item does not match the description on our website
• The wrong item was sent to you
• The shipment was lost, damaged or not attempted by the courier

If your order is returned to us as undelivered, you'll incur the ₹150 return handling charge. RTO occurs when:

• The delivery was refused at the door
• Nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts
• The phone number provided was unreachable
• The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete
