Our aesthetic, product designs, editorial content, and brand name are our most valuable assets. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation will be aggressively pursued.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

To use certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

In no event shall your20s, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

We offer a 7-day returns and exchanges window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Exchanges are free — we'll arrange return shipping for eligible items and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are subject to a ₹150 return handling charge (covers reverse pickup and restocking). This charge applies to both prepaid and COD orders and is deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Certain items are not eligible for return: sale or discounted items, items purchased with a promotional coupon, accessories, and items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage. For a complete list of conditions and exceptions, please refer to our Returns Policy.
